Officer cleanup and new recruits

Hey guys!

In light of our growing clan, the officers and I have talked behind the scenes and we have demoted a few inactive officers to regular members. This is not a punishment, it is simply a way to establish the more active/clan driven officers who want to set up scrims, teach members, and promote the forum for better communication etc etc.

I have been extremely busy undertaking RageTV to promote our clan as well as promote MA. While I am up to the task, being there for you guys has been a problem as I cannot even manage to get in 1 game with some of you, which I really do apologize for. I've asked my officers to step up and help and they have agreed to work together and make MA great for you all.

That being said, I have 2 officer positions open and if you wish to help promote the clan and MA please reply to this topic and myself and the officers will come together to see who would be the best candidate. Here is what we are looking for.

• Clan promotion and FORUM promotion, so far we have few members actually using this site
  
• Join us in skype! We have an officer chat and it's a fast way to communicate. Add me, my screen name is: SK_Rage
  
• Setting up scrims and to do that, leading the lobbies and announcing scrim times on the news boards and events
  
• Maintaining order, if new players are recruited and they are clearly 50% winrate players, boot them. we have this requirement as a requisite for consideration. I had to wait months before getting into buffed and I appreciated everything I learned and earning my place while doing so, we need to offer this same chance to others who want to play with the very best in MA.
  
• Promoting RageTV and using that group to set up the scrims (optional, but strongly encouraged). The reason I created it was so that any clan can participate in the action by simply joining the group and seeing that games are going on, and if they want to join them they can do it. They can also have them streamed as part of the Semi-Masters series this allows them to do it. Joining the group is simple, and to promote it, simply go to the gear on the top right of the chat screen for RageTV and 'copy link' so you can send the group link to whoever wishes to be part of a scrim, it's that simple.
  
• Working with other officers to bring in new recruits. I'd like to get feedback from all officers before recruiting any more members, thank you for the suggestion Jimmy! I'm open to anything that can improve the clan, and I think this would be a great way to keep our clan in top shape as well as know who exactly will be with us and growing our relationship and synergy!
  
• Be a better MA player. Officers will be required to be a cut above the rest, so being an officer doesn't just mean clan micromanagement, but also someone you can look up to. Despite being busy I have maintained a 94% average over 450 games. This isn't to brag, this is simply to show that it CAN happen if you are dedicated to the game and love it like I do. Obviously not everyone can and will maintain this average, nor do they love the game as much as I do, but that's exactly why not everyone will be an officer.
  

So that's it! If these requirements are met, you can be an officer for Clan [EZmode] and be part of something great. We started off with only 5 members not that long ago, and since then we have developed powerful allies and friendships. If this doesn't ring true to you, then you're doing it all wrong. EZmode is a place where you can be with some of the best players, but also get to know them and have a genuinely great online experience. We can't create that without you, and we also cannot create it for you. We must all work together and make it happen, and we will grow bigger and better than any MA clan out there.
